Please note that our class register cancellation policy requires cancellations to be made 6 hours before class start time for your registration to be returned as credit. The cancellation period for workshops is 24hours otherwise a charge will be incurred.

If consistent, multiple late cancellations are made within the 6 hour period a late cancellation charge of £10 per cancelled session will be added to your account.

FREE PASS - no eligibility criteria, no judgement and no fee. This 'one-off' session pass is open to anyone who just needs a bit of yoga in their life. Maybe you are a bit stretched near payday, ran out of your pass or trying out sessions for the first time. Take some time back for you and enjoy some yoga!

PREGNANCY YOGA
Suitable from the second trimester (12 weeks or after your first scan). Our sessions run on a continuous weekly basis no need to wait to start a course with us. PAYG available from 34weeks please email info@shore.yoga

POSTNATAL YOGA
Suitable from 6 weeks or 10-12 weeks for assisted delivery. Where possible please align to term dates. PAYG limited spaces also available. Valid for Mum&Baby Yoga, Parent and Preschool.

Please remember to REGISTER for your space once you have purchased your pass.
