Attend 2 of these coaching sessions each week. You can choose the same ones or change them week to week.

WED: 630am, 945am 545pm, 730pm
THURS: 630am, 715am, 930am, 545pm, 730pm
FRI: 630am, 445pm
SAT: 1030am
SUN: 11.00am

If the start date of this training plan has already passed, it will not be prorated for partial months/days, meaning the price is the same regardless of when purchased.
