ASTROYOGA on Zoom

AstroYoga is the combination of Yoga and Astrology, which is linked through the physical and energetic body. This discipline has been around for thousands of years and offers a deep understanding of how to integrate your astrology chart and operate at your highest level of health and wellbeing. Join me on Zoom for a yoga and meditation practice crafted to align your mind, body and spirit with the cosmic energies of the week. As we enter the Age of Aquarius it is natural for our collective attention to reach skyward. Each session opens with a cosmic energy update and forecast, followed by gentle flowing asana (physical postures), dance, pranayama (breathing techniques) and mantra (singing), all choreographed to facilitate the healthy release of stagnant energies and create space for astral path-working through Yoga Nidra (guided hypnagogic meditation). These classes are part of a 6 week course and it is recommended to join with a weekly membership for £11/week. If you are unable to attend any of the sessions live then you will be given a recording to practice at your leisure. If you wish to attend single classes individually that is possible for £17/class. All bookings and payments must be made via TeamUp using a card or direct debit. Please note BACS or cash payments are no longer possible.
