On Ramp (fundamentals) course

This course is designed to cover the basic principles of CrossFit.
The course is broken down over 3 hours on Sunday. This will give you the chance to complete the 9 fundamental movements of CrossFit and will cover some gymnastics & weightlifting movements. The course is a good time to get to know the coaches, meet other like minded people & to help you find the right exercise progressions, when starting the classes. The On Ramp is compulsory requirement for your safety & needs to be completed before starting.
