Broken down and layered up information, building the lift up from individualizing foot position according to lever length, hand position and grip and how they are affecting bar path and how changing then will reduce the likelihood of unilateral back pain, how head position is causing a weak pull from the floor, elbow position and its role in maintaining grip as well as protecting the thoracic spine from becoming kyphotic, the correct timing and bar path in both concentric and eccentric movement, common faults and fixes as well as the hip position and how horizontal hip distance from the bar will be a major factor in either 1rm or high volume lifting.
