On Ramp (fundamentals) course

This course is designed to cover the basic principles of CrossFit.
The course is broken down into two evenings lasting around 2-3 hours each session. The Thursday will give you the chance to complete the 9 fundamental movements of CrossFit and Friday will cover gymnastics & olympic weightlifting movements. The course is also a time to get to know the coaches, meet other light minded people & to help you find the right exercises progressions, when starting the classes. All parts are compulsory & need to be completed before starting.
