On Ramp (fundamentals) course

This course is designed to cover the basic principles of CrossFit.
The course is broken down into two days lasting around 4 hours each session The course runs over one weekend. The Saturday will give you the chance to complete the 9 fundamental movements of CrossFit and Sunday will cover gymnastics & olympic weightlifting movements. The course is also a time to get to know the coaches, meet other light minded people & to help you find the right exercises progressions, when starting the classes. All parts are compulsory & need to be completed before starting.
