Our new 6 week course is starting on Monday 17th June 24’

Strong Foundations is a 6 week course where we will demystify weightlifting, stripping it back to basics so that you can learn how to lift safely, confidently, and feel great about what your body & mind can achieve!

You will learn the importance of good technique and form, what muscles you are targeting, and how to progress with your movements.

Each week we will learn a new core weightlifting movement, spend time working on getting the technique right so that you can lift with confidence - then you will put your new found skills into practice with a great workout based around those lifts.

This course will be capped at 8 people to ensure that everyone gets the essential personal coaching and feedback! The Strong Foundations course is open to all abilities, ages but this a men’s only session!

It’s time to take your training to the next level. If you have a basic understanding of lifting and using weights in the gym but would like to take your training to the next level this is the perfect 6 week course , the focus is going to be strength, form and aerobic capacity.

Starting on Tuesday 3rd September .
Course details - Tuesday and Thursday at 7.30pm

This course also gives you access to MetaPWR on Sunday at 8am for 6 weeks.

What is MetaPower? A programme developed from Metafit which is a thirty minute circuit class that combines resistance and bodyweight exercises to target and develop strength and power.

We believe that a combination of two strength training sessions and one metafit power session per week will reap huge benefits both physically and mentally.
