Would you like to advance your aerial yoga practice? Are you ready to flow through a sequence of more challenging poses using different wraps and belts? In this 5 week course, we will break down a more complex Aerial Yoga Flow into manageable ‘chunks’ in order to practice and refine the skills needed. Learning a ‘Loop’ flow in Aerial Yoga is the best way to progress and refine your skills! As you become more familiar with the poses, and the transitions between the poses, you can really start to feel like you are gliding effortlessly through the air!
And don't worry we will always ensure you are fully grounded again at the end of the session with a relaxing savasana and little spray of Florida Water!

Suitability:
This course is suitable for those who have experience of the aerial hammock and are able to use the front and back ‘belts’, comfortably, to carry out inversions with increasing independence. You will also need a general good level of fitness as well as no contraindications for aerial yoga (see below).
High (or very low) blood pressure, vertigo, glaucoma, detached retina, coronary disease, prosthetic joint, recent surgery, spinal surgery, recent stoke, osteoporosis, pregnancy.

*Please note that full course refunds are only possible up to 7 days before the commencement of the course. Cancellation of any individual course sessions after commencement will not be reimbursed.
