Aerial Yoga Flips and Tricks - Advanced Level 4 Week Course

This course is for those who already have experience of aerial yoga and would like to advance their practice by learning some of the more challenging tricks and flips! Upper body strength is essential for this course as you will need to be able to hold your body weight to practice safely. Expect to spin, soar, flip and fly as we build skills and strength to sequence together a number of poses in the air!

PLEASE NOTE:
This course is not suitable for those with high (or very low) blood pressure, vertigo, glaucoma, detached retina, coronary disease, prosthetic joint, spinal surgery or pregnant women. A good general level of fitness is required as well as some aerial yoga experience.

*Please note that full course refunds are only possible up to 7 days before the commencement of the course. Cancellation of any individual course sessions after commencement will not be reimbursed.
