Aerial Vinyasa Flow
Aerial Vinyasa is a fun, fluid and full body workout supported by the traditional principles of yoga. This course brings flow and movement with the hammock. With week-by-week progression, the course will work towards aligning breath and movement simultaneously. We will work to use the hammock as a prop in our practice to aid, support, deepen and strengthen our bodies. This course will have you flowing seamlessly through movement with breath, rejuvenating the mind and body. This course course is open to anyone who has yoga flow experience. No aerial yoga experience necessary. Contact us if you are unsure if this course is suitable for you. *Please note that there are contraindications for aerial yoga listed below: high (or very low) blood pressure, vertigo, glaucoma, detached retina, coronary disease, prosthetic joint, recent surgery, spinal surgery, recent stoke, osteoporosis, pregnancy.
