Low, Slow and Snooze (All Levels)

Beginning with the next block on September 24th, Low, Slow & Sleep will shift to mirror the change in seasons and align with nature’s rhythms. This gentle evening practice offers a chance to pause, reset, and flow with the natural cycles of the year - supporting your body and mind through transition.

Unwind and restore with a deeply grounding aerial yoga experience using low hammocks, blankets, and eye masks to help you release tension and prepare for restful sleep. The class blends slow, mindful movement with calming breathwork, soothing stretches, and reflective meditation. You’ll leave feeling centered, restored, and ready for a peaceful night’s rest. Perfect for all levels, it’s your midweek reset and a beautiful way to end the day.

 

Suitability:

Beginners friendly. The class may include supported gentle half inversions, where the heart is above the head, so may not be suitable for those with high or very low blood pressure. Please consult your doctor for further advice.

 

Are there any height/weight restrictions for the hammocks?  

The hammocks are made from a special man-made silk that is both strong and comfortable. They are approximately 2m wide. As we are restricted by our ceiling height, in order to be able to participate fully, we recommend a height limit of 6ft 2. If your height is greater than this, you may not be able to participate fully. We also recommend that if your weight is more than 16 stone, you get in touch to book a private lesson initially before attending a group class.
