Flexi Fridays - Stretch & Release

Want to move more freely and feel better in your body?

Whether you're aiming to improve daily mobility or working toward a specific yoga pose, Flexi Fridays are your new go-to for fun, focused flexibility training!

Led by Ellen—a qualified yoga and aerial yoga teacher, and a certified practitioner of the Alixa Flexibility Method—this class is designed to help you reach your flexibility goals safely and effectively.

As a trained biomechanics coach, Ellen understands that true flexibility comes from improving movement patterns across the whole body. She’ll guide you through exercises that target mobility and functional movement, using a variety of props (including aerial hammocks!) to support and challenge you.

You’ll also receive simple at-home techniques to enhance your progress between sessions.

Every class ends with a blissful savasana inside a cosy hammock cocoon—giving your body time to integrate the work and amplify the benefits.

Cost: £55 for a block of 5 classes, or £12.50 for a single session

Medical Considerations for this class:

This class may not be suitable for those with: joint instability, hypermobility syndromes, severe vertigo, prosthetic joint, recent surgery, spinal surgery, recent stoke, severe osteoporosis, pregnancy, uncontrolled high blood pressure, recent injections into joints.

Are there any height/weight restrictions for the hammocks?  

The hammocks are made from a special man-made silk that is both strong and comfortable. They are approximately 2m wide. As we are restricted by our ceiling height, in order to be able to participate fully, we recommend a height limit of 6ft 2. If your height is greater than this, you may not be able to participate fully. We also recommend that if your weight is more than 16 stone, you get in touch to book a private lesson initially before attending a group class.

Cancellation Policy 
Please note that this course is not refundable or transferable after booking.  Cancellation of individual course sessions will not be reimbursed; however, all other sessions can be attended as normal. So please check the dates and your availability carefully prior to booking.
