Aerial Yoga Beginners & Beyond - 5 Week Course
This 5 week course covers all the basics you need to be able to get started you on your journey (or continue where you left off for those who have already started to fly!) The weekly sessions are designed to help build confidence in using the aerial hammock, in a range of ways, including safe and supported inversions. Complete beginners are welcome along with those who want to continue to build their strength, confidence and flexibility in the hammock.
No prior experience necessary; however, a general level of mobility/fitness is required for this practice. This course is for adults only.
Medical Contraindications
*Please note that there are contraindications for aerial yoga listed below:
high (or very low) blood pressure, vertigo, glaucoma, detached retina, coronary disease, prosthetic joint, recent surgery, spinal surgery, recent stoke, osteoporosis, pregnancy.
Are there any height/weight restrictions for the hammocks?
The hammocks are made from a special man-made silk that is both strong and comfortable. They are approximately 2m wide. As we are restricted by our ceiling height, in order to be able to participate fully, we recommend a height limit of 6ft 2. If your height is greater than this, you may not be able to participate fully. We also recommend that if your weight is more than 16 stone, you get in touch to book a private lesson initially before attending a group class.

Single Session Bookings
If you have already completed an Aerial Yoga Beginners Course, or are a regular Aerial Yoga student, you are welcome to book single sessions for this course. Complete beginners need to start at week 1 and book the full 5 week course.

Cancellation Policy
*Please note that this course is not refundable or transferable after booking. Cancellation of individual course sessions will not be reimbursed; however, all other sessions can be attended as normal. So please check the dates and your availability carefully prior to booking.
