Elevate Your Pilates!
Book your place onto the first Aerial Pilates course at The Yoga Barn! Starting this March, we will delve further into our Pilates practice improving strength and flexibility as we become more creative with the hammock. Expect to feel the Pilates burn as we learn to focus on using the fundamentals of Pilates to develop our elevated practice further!
Each session will include 45 minutes of Pilates exercises using the hammocks an followed by an optional 15 minute relaxation inside the cosy hammock cocoons. Perfect pairing for your body and mind!
Contraindications & Health Information
Please note that there are contraindications for aerial Pilates listed below: high (or very low) blood pressure, vertigo, glaucoma, detached retina, coronary disease, prosthetic joint, recent surgery, spinal surgery, recent stoke, osteoporosis, pregnancy.
If you have any relevant information regarding health conditions/injuries, please contact us prior to the session to discuss this further. You should consult your physician or other health care professional before starting this or any other fitness program to determine if it is right for your needs. Adults only.
