Autumn is the season to slow down and unwind and what better way to kick off the slower months than by treating yourself (or a loved one) to a day of self-care. Start the day with a restorative and energising Pilates class followed by an Autumnal beauty and wellness workshop and a delicious seasonal lunch in the heart of Norwich. We’ll begin our day at the Pilates East studio at 10am where we’ll meet for tea, coffee and a selection of delicious pastries before the day begins. Half of the group will then be guided through our Restore Your CorePilates Mat class whilst the other half will head over to our friends at JUNI & CO for a workshop that will leave you feeling rested and rejuvenated. The workshop includes:
DIY hand scrub and massage using Susanne Kaufmann products
Demonstration on how to wear an autumnal dark lip at any age
Opportunity to ask questions and browse our products
Samples to take home
Following the class and workshop we will meet at The Yard Coffee for a seasonal lunch where there will be delicious food and plenty of time to chat and mingle. We’ll then swap around groups before heading home feeling restored and like you’ve had some TLC.
