Online Splits Intensive

5 weeks to splits!

- 5 online sessions (60mins each) solely focused on your front splits. We will work consistently on strengthening, mobilising and increasing our range of movement in a safe, controlled way to support our training. We will work on increasing & strengthening our active flexibility to reduce risks of injury and help us work towards our flexy off and on pole goals. 

Who is this course for?

- anyone who wants to work on their flexibility and wants to increase their range of movement - mobility; whether you're nowehere near your splits or whether you are flat in your splits this course will help you work on your flex goals
