Intro to Pole for Beginners
This is a 4 week course that will be 1 class a week.
This is for complete beginners to introduce you to pole fitness. On this course the lessons will consist of a warm up, strength and conditioning and then learning the basics of pole fitness such as spins, seats, climbs and invert preparation.
The payment is upfront on booking and cancelled lessons or no shows will not be refunded or carried over.
