Lap Dance Workshop (For your Valentine, or for your own self-appreciation)

Valentine's Day is grand and all... Why not learn a new skill that that you can use in developing your own self-appreciation (or that you can share with a loved one this Valentine's Weekend, if you feel like it)!

This is a 2-hour long workshop suitable for all levels. We will begin by discussing mindset and what it means to be standing in your power, to help you to become more at home in your own sensuality. Arlene Caffrey will then teach you basic lap dance tricks and a short choreography that you can bring home, which incorporates all of our newly found lap dance skills.

Note that this will NOT exactly be a Valentine's Day themed workshop; no cheesy love songs. The focus will be on learning to move for your own joy and appreciating your own brilliance.

Please feel free to dress up in sexy, sparkly attire (but make sure it's comfortable and allows you to move/dance easily).

Note: This is a safe space for all folks to learn new sexy skills in a non-judgemental environment.

Heels are not essential but recommended, provided that you can comfortably dance in heels and that they are a pole dance brand (eg: Pleasers). Leg warmers and knee pads are recommended.
