This combination of meditation, pranayama (breath-work) and crystal sound healing bowls can help reduce stress, anxiety as well as promoting better sleep which in itself helps with better overall mental health and wellbeing. This special workshop led by Jenny is like taking yourself to a 60-minute retreat, a perfect antidote to the busy modern life. Meditation and pranayama will calm your mind and invite new energy into the body with the added bonus of healing sounds washing over you.

Sisterhood NEW MOON Circle

We're so excited to come together with our dear sister Kay Rose to co-create a ceremonial space for connection, nourishment, healing and share magic with you all. This has been a long time coming.

Never before has it been more needed for women to join together and reclaim the sacred feminine. To realign ourselves with the natural rhythms and cycles of life; the waxing and waning of the moon; the ebb and flow of waters and our emotions. ​When we track our lunar cycles we become more attuned with ourselves and our intuition. When we sit in circle together we enter into the Great Remembering of what we bring as women, with our inborn capacity to heal, transform, create and protect. This monthly sisterhood circle is for all those who identify themselves with the feminine in all stages of life including pregnancy, menopause and post-menopause. We will remember how to hold space for ourselves with acceptance, non-judgement and compassion.  The Sisterhood New Moon Circle will be on a different date each month, depending on the new moon.  Each circle will offer Integral Sound Healing, guided meditations, new moon intention setting with a combination of either somatic movement, healing yoga practices and ceremonial rituals to guide us on a journey back home to yourself, letting go of what no longer serves you.

The Sound Harmonization® is a sound healing protocol created by Fabien Maman, quoted as 'Founding Father of Sound Therapy’ by Webster's Dictionary. It is from his research in the early 80’s where all modern day Sound healing originated.
These Sound sessions facilitate deep relaxation and empowerment. The approach is gentle enough to allow the aura to open, so the transformative effects of the overtones of the musical instruments and elemental sounds can enter to clear and empower the aura.
This form of sound bath is like 'opening to the silence within, where we can tune to our own soul wisdom as well as tuning our cells, chakras and subtle fields with the elements, the seasons and the stars. It is within the silence between the sounds that true healing can begin’ Experience your Soul potentials unfold.

Please bring extra soft layers and a pillow, as well as a blanket to make yourself warm & fully comfortable as the Sound Harmonization are best conducted lying down, although a sitting position can be adopted using the chairs, bolsters and walls if preferred.

FINDING YOUR BREATH: The Power Within

Breathing is a basic, instinctive act that is both voluntary and involuntary. It happens whether we think about it or not - but it can be controlled. It influences every part of our mental and physical state.  A large percentage of people use only a fraction of their breathing capacity, which can cause fatigue, disease and stress. Our limited breath pattern can therefore be a good indicator of where emotional blockages, negativity and trauma from the past reside in our body. In this breathwork journey we will use the natural wisdom of the body to go beyond the controlling mind to unlock emotional releases which can shift the way you feel in your body and bring higher states of awareness. What to expect:
1hr 45 minutes of breath-centred movement, meditation and relaxation. 
Learn how and why you breathe (on average 22,000 per day!)
How you can use breath to reduce stress, improve cognitive function, increase vitality, relieve pain + more.
The role of breath in yoga - WHAT IS PRANA and how we can use breath to deepen our asana practice on different levels when combined with movements and postures.
Learn simple breathing practices that you can do anywhere, anytime, to bring a moment of calm into your day or to help you get to sleep.
The workshop will close with a breath-led relaxation in Svasana.
