Youth Performance Pathway
This membership package is aimed at teenagers aged 14-18 years old.

Here at Fortius we will teach your son or daughter how to lift correctly and safely mastering all the basic movements. Physical literacy is at the centre of our Youth Program which will develop movement competency, confidence and skills.

We offer 3 SGPT sessions per week which gives us time to introduce, reinforce and develop skills whilst building physical fitness simultaneously.

Inbody scan is also included and used as a monitoring tool

Includes:
- 3 x (SGPT) Small Group Personal Training Sessions per week (sessions can not be carried over)
- Weekly classes
- FREE InBody assessment & review
- 1-2-1 Consultation and ongoing support with a coach

    Terms and conditions
    This membership bills every month. Payment for the first partial period will be prorated according to the days remaining in the period. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership. This membership cannot be cancelled early. The full 4 months must be purchased to receive the rate listed.
