MURPH
Join us Monday 29th May for MURPH. In memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael P. Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, NY, who was killed in Afghanistan June 28, 2005. This workout was one of Mike’s favourites and he’d named it ‘Body Armor.’ From here on it will be referred to as ‘Murph’.
Partition the middle of the workout however you would like, we can also scale the length of run & reps based on abilities. We will go over all modifications in the session for everyone.
Classes will be 90min to accommodate the warm up/cool down and give everyone enough time to complete it.
For Time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-Ups
200 Push-Ups
300 Air Squats
All with a Weight Vest (20/14 lb)
