Please send proof of payment via WhatsApp to 071 671 9894, along with the email address you used to sign up for your Hotpod yoga account, and we will then add your unlimited membership 3 month commitment pass. You would need to purchase the 3 months in advance and not as a monthly debit order.

Terms and conditionsYour payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the class pass. The first payment is due on the class pass's start date. In the case where the billing day does not occur in a given month (e.g. the 31st), the class pass will be billed on the last day of the month. Some classes/events may be excluded from this class pass please check the website for further information. Unless otherwise noted, this class pass is non-transferable. Unlimited registrations can be made per day. All bookings must be made online, in advance of the class. Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance on weekdays and cancellations for weekend classes must be done the night before the class. Hotpod Yoga reserves the right to block reservations for the remainder of a month or apply a charge (the charge would be stipulated on the booking confirmation) in instances of repeated no-shows or late cancellations. We may vary the price of the class pass from time to time, in which case you will be given a months’ notice in advance of the change. Class Passes can be cancelled or put on hold by contacting Hotpod Yoga by email at pretoria@hotpodyoga.com. Cancellations & holds are not confirmed until confirmation is received. The full 3 months must be purchased to receive the rate listed.
