This is a Dynamic Vinyasa course. Dynamic vinyasa is a fast-paced practice with movement linked to the breath. A level of fitness and mobility is needed for this class. This 7 week course with Isaac is for people who have never done yoga and would like to learn. Or for people who have done a little yoga/ did yoga some time ago and would like to start at the beginning.
