A great introductory Pilates package - perfect for those looking to understand Pilates further, and wanting to experience the benefits of a regular Pilates class in a dedicated Pilates studio.
This package includes:
- TWO Pilates classes of your choice in our Pilates studio - or via online if you prefer.
- By completing our introductory package and two initial classes it will introduce you fully to the essentials of Pilates, the terminology and principles involved, and how to gain the most from regular Pilates exercise.

**We operate a 24 hour notice period for all class cancellations (regardless of reason).

Core Studio Package - mat-based Pilates and Pilates Barre
Begins on the date of the first registration. Valid for 8 weeks.
The Core Studio Package is our best selling client package.
This includes 6 mat-based or Barre-based Pilates classes to be used within an 8 week period, starting on the date of purchase. This pack covers both in-studio and online Pilates classes.
Classes available within this package include:
-Beginners Pilates
-Strength and Balance Pilates
-Intermediate Pilates
-Mixed Ability Pilates
-Gentle Pilates
-Pilates for Runners
-High Intensity Power Pilates (HIPP)
-Pilates Barre
Classes can be booked for once a week or more frequently, and can be used across different class types if required.
This package also includes full access to our virtual studio - including on demand Pilates classes and 5 minute specialist routines. Please note, this pack does not include Pilates Reformer classes.
Cancellation Policy:
- We require 24 hour notice for cancellation for credit to be given. This applies to both studio and online classes.
- Class packages will not be extended for any client reason.
- Extension to packages will only occur if a teacher is unavailable to teach due to illness or holiday.
