Our Pilates Reformer Progression programme is designed to extend your Pilates Reformer exercise and experience to a more advanced level. Ideal for people with good experience of Pilates Reformer, and looking for more challenging exercise routine.

The Reformer is a specialist piece of Pilates equipment designed to allow for a more dynamic and targeted workout. A wide range of specialized exercises are completed on the Reformer promoting length, strength, flexibility and balance. The ideal workout for those wanting to improve their strength and flexibility, and advance their Pilates practice.

Our Pilates Reformer Progression programme is delivered half-term blocks, designed to extend your Pilates Reformer experience through more challenging Reformer routines and exercises.
 

**For people new to Pilates Reformer with movefit pilates, please note you are required to complete an introductory workshop (£23) or a 1:1 induction session ahead of beginning Reformer classes. These are not included in the Reformer - Foundation package.
