Pilates: A Guide for Beginners 4-week course

This four-week course will set up your Pilates Foundation and knowledge so that you can join a weekly class with confidence and enthusiasm.

We will cover exercises in the beginners repertoire each week and work on gradually and gently increasing the challenge, if and when appropriate, so that you get to experience Pilates movements and get introduced to basic concepts and objectives so you can feel familiar with the vocabulary and have a sense of what being in a class at movefit pilates is like.

This course is ideal for complete beginners or those who have taken a substantial break from Pilates or exercise due to injury or illness.  However, if your injury or medical history is more complex, a 1:1 may be a more appropriate start for you.
