It's here....the mini retreat that is all about giving yourself the space and time to understand this incredible life stage - perimenopause & menopause.

 

Let's face it...it can be bloody awful.  But armed with information and facts, supported by specialists in their fields, surrounded by women that are feeling the strain of the hormone storm you are also going through, and in a safe space where we can share and laugh and support one another....

 

We will most definitely get to the other side!  Perhaps even be changed, for the better.

 

Join us on Saturday 19 November from 1pm to 6pm for the Retreat that brings it all together.

All in one glorious afternoon at the Happy Body Project Wellness Centre in Wilstead.  

 

The afternoon kicks off with a sumptuous lunch catered by The Bountiful Table.

Anna Henderson, owner and teacher at movefit pilates will then recap the need to know for Peri & Menopause.

Anna will then lead you through a movement break - easing you into the afternoon with flowing feel good exercises that settle the nervous system.

Jane Williams, Integrative therapist (accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) will then talk us through mental and emotional wellbeing in perimenopause & menopause.

After a comfort break, Anna will bring you back to Pilates with exercises that are pelvic floor and bone health friendly. 

And the lovely Becky Mcveigh, a yoga teacher and meditation and sound healer will top off the afternoon with sound therapy - calming us down, and encouraging a sense of calm and contentment.
