Our Pilates Reformer for Beginners programme is delivered within four-week blocks, designed to introduce you to the equipment, develop the core Reformer routines, and progress your skill and confidence.
This course is the ideal starting point for those keen to begin and develop their Pilates Reformer practice, and for those working towards the more advanced Pilates Reformer Progression programme at movefit pilates.
