 **Weeks 1 & 2: Foundation Building**

Learn the basics of the Reformer machine, master essential exercises for your lower and upper body, and start feeling the benefits of controlled movement. We will guide you through every step, ensuring proper form and technique.

 **Weeks 3 & 4: Progress and Flow**

As you gain confidence, we'll take your practice to the next level. You'll explore more dynamic sequences that challenge your balance, coordination, and core strength. By the end of these weeks, you'll be amazed at your progress!

 

Please note - when booking you are paying for the full 4-week course.  If you cannot attend a session, there is no refund or credit given. If a teacher is absent, a replacement session will be held and if this is not possible, your will receive credit or a refund for the appropriate amount.
