The Dirty 30 Throwdown 2015 is a collaborative celebration of Greg's 30th birthday and Mike Holme's (Second City CrossFit) 30th birthday the following year.
The competition is team based (2x men & 2x women) and there are two levels to allow maximum participation from beginners to advanced athletes.

The Throwdown will take place on January 24th 2015 at UNIT 22 Northampton. For more information, speak to Greg at the gym.
