GIFT VOUCHER
This Gift Voucher can be use at any of our classes.
VOUCHER DURATION: Vouchers are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. Cannot be redeemed after expiry date.
USE OF PROMOTIONAL CODES: Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with gift vouchers.
VOUCHER REDEMPTION: Vouchers are only redeemable against BASE classes; they cannot be used for private sessions. Vouchers can be used for part or full payment of a class eg if the class is £17 and the voucher value is £10 the remaining £7 will need to be paid for online at the point of booking the class. Classes must be pre-booked via our online booking system “Go TeamUp” which can be accessed via our Timetable page on our website www.thebasespace.com
REFUNDS. Vouchers are non-refundable other than within the 14 day cancellation period as per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
TRANSFER. Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
LOST OR STOLEN VOUCHERS. Lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers will not be exchanged or refunded.
