Pole Silks Workshop

Pole Silks : We attach the aerial silks to the poles and set them to spinny mode to create new ways to work & new skills and poses. Some experience of either pole or silks is required for this session. You do not need experience of both. Pole silks is a unique way of using both pieces of equipment together to find completely new moves and spins as well as making current moves easier. A very popular workshop, places sell fast!
