Handstands at Home
A pre recorded course to assist you towards gaining progress in inversions.
This might be headstands, handstands or just starting the process to basic inversions (at home, without equipment).
The videos are prerecorded, follow a logical progression and include lots of options for various levels to complete.
The videos are sent via email on Mondays at 5pm and can be repeated as many times as you like, when you like for the duration of the course. No need to show up for a live session. You can join after 1st March and if you do you will be sent previous videos so you can continue at your own pace.
You have 6 weeks to complete the course, so all videos will expire by 11th April.
