Semi time x9 class pass. Monthly membership (renews each month)

This membership entitles you to any x9 KW classes per calendar month. It also includes x8 additional open gym slots.

This membership will be automatically renewed each month.

To cancel your membership you MUST give a 1 month notice period, this is to give the studio time to fill your space and encourage you to finish your sessions.
For example if you decide to cancel on July 1st, your membership will seize on July 31st which means you will pay for that month. Please we can't stress this enough give a months notice, similar to what you would do for work and other contracts.

Your classes will expire should they not be used within the 4 week period.

Any classes booked and cancelled/rescheduled without 24 hours notice will be void, this is for benefit, attend the classes you've paid for to keep on track with your goals. Fail to show up without cancelling in good time (24hours) you lose you money and your goals are hindered.

Classes are kept to a limit so that clients can have a very personal training from our coaches, and so if the class is fully booked any you don't intend on coming, without physically cancelling your spot on the app (even if it is a last minute,) then someone is missing out.
Don't let this happen. Please even if 5 minutes before the session you can't come; I can't stress this enough, cancel your spot via the app.

All of the above is in place to ensure you are getting the most out of your membership.
