This is my 6.15-7am Intensive program designed to boost your confidence, kick start your day and your fitness journey!
Not only do you learn how to lift correctly but you develop endurance, fitness strength and stamina. This program has limited spaces of 16 so we can focus on YOU! All like minded lasses on their own journey, all supporting each other and boosting each others confidence! Not to be missed! All fitness levels, but you can't be afraid of early mornings or amazing music with this one ;)
