This series is for you if you're brand new to Pilates and want to master the basics or if you've been practicing for a while but want to brush up on your technique and hone your skills. In this five part series we give you all the tools to master the Pilates principles so that you feel confident every time you step onto your mat.

1:1 private classes focus on your goals and each session is tailored to your body. Packs of five classes must be used within six months.
These classes are held at Mint, member's home where applicable or online. Please enquire for the latest availability.
