Emma’s offering will support you

No prior yoga/meditation experience is necessary, all movement is optional and the range and intensity of the movement is always your choice.
Each week will involve a practical component yoga and/or meditation, a philosophical focus, and an opportunity for shared discussion.
Every Thursday from January 30th until March 26th || 7:30 pm – 8:45 pm
