Children's Mindfulness Course
De?a owner Emma will guide children aged 8-12 through 9 weeks of simple meditations, fun activities and chats relevant to their feelings – all aimed at helping each child flourish naturally.
The kid’s mindfulness course will help children develop the skills they need to maintain a healthy, happy mind.
These classes will present the basics of mindfulness in an easy to understand and playful way.
Your child will learn:
• How to handle big emotions
• Improve their ability to concentrate
• Explore their creativity
• Acts of kindness
• The power of the mind
The course will involve both inside classes and also time in the beautiful De?a garden.
