Flexible Bronze Membership allows you to attend 4 Personal Training groups per calendar month. All sessions must be taken in the same month and will reset on the 1st of each month - * Note that on some months this might not cover 1 session each week. If you require 1 session per week then our standard Bronze Membership will be more suitable.

Need a break but want to stay in the support groups? We can freeze your membership for £5 per month. This will retain your current package for when you return.
