A session with an increased focus on developing strength, especially in the bigger 'bang for your buck' exercises such as squats, deadlifts, pull ups, rows and presses.

Getting strong has become an underrated quality, but one that we at The Sporting Club do not underestimate. Balancing a more strength focused session with some of our other conditioning focused classes is a sure fire way to have a more balanced body.

A moderate level of strength training experience is required to participate in this session.
