INTERMEDIATE - THE NEXT LEVEL!

This class is the pathway between Beginners' and Advanced hot yoga in the lineage of Bishnu Ghosh (teacher to Bikram Choudhury)

It is open to everybody who has a basic understanding of the Beginners' Original Series of classic 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises

The class is 110 minutes and is practised along with the teacher. However, we have booked extra time for play and questions
