Rooms are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
cancellation policy:
60 days or more prior to the retreat date: Your payments will be refunded, less £150 which is your non-refundable deposit.
59-30 days prior to the retreat date: payments are not refundable, but are transferable (less the £150 non-refundable deposit) to a future Donna Rama or Clair Edwards retreat or events
29 days or less prior to the retreat date: payments are not refundable.
