A midweek reset of slow and restorative yoga to calm your body and mind and leave you feeling rested and well for the rest of the week.

We start with some gentle movements to warm the body and then move on to explore several yoga poses whilst being held and supported by props, such as blankets and pillows. This helps to reduce stress, calm your nervous system and rebalance body and mind.

Whether you are an experienced yogi or a beginner, restorative yoga is for everyone.

Numbers are strictly limited so that you all get full attention as so that we can follow allow plenty of space. The studio is well ventilated and has a high quality air purifier.
