Swing and get up workshop

If you can't attend our Fundamentals course, this where you start.

This is a 90 minute training session to learn the kettlebell swing and Turkish get up. After attending this session you will be able to attend our classes. However we recommend you come back for the next workshop where we teach the clean and press, the following weekend.

Hard-style kettlebell training is akin to learning a martial art, the training is viewed as a practice. Frequent sessions are a must in order to make good progress and see optimal results.

When you have a minimum of 6 weeks training under your belt, you will be able to book in for the third workshop, in which we teach the high pull and snatch.

Learning takes place in small group with a max size of 6 people. Book early to avoid disappointment.
