Fundamentals course
Start your kettlebell training off the right way, by completing our 4 week fundamentals course!
Train under the guidance the South west's leading kettlebell strength and conditioning team, and take your fitness to a new level!
The purpose of this course is to only teach safe and correct kettlebell technique, but to bring you up to a high standard of strength and fitness during the process.
Expect to increase mobility, flexibility, strength, endurance, stamina and lean muscle tone! The beauty of kettlebell training is you train these 5 main physical qualities in every workout! Unlike other training modalities where you would need more than one piece of equipment.
This course is our entry point for all new club members, but is also open to anyone who is interested in becoming fit and strong with kettlebell training.
Don't make the mistake of trying to learn on your own or via Youtube, there is no substitute for working with a certified coach in person. Not if you want to make optimal progress and avoid injury.

Ashton park school, Bower Ashton.
Weeks 1&2 - Monday and Wednesdays 6-7pm
Weeks 3&4 - Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6-7pm
Gordano school, Portishead.
Weeks 1&2 - Tuesday and Thursday 6-7pm
Weeks 3&4 - Tuesday, Thursday 6-7pm and Friday 9-10am.
Badocks wood school, Southmead.
Weeks 1&2 - Tuesday and Thursday 6-7pm
Weeks 3&4 - Tuesday, Thursday 6-7pm and Friday 9-10am.
By following our 4 week training plan, you will see and feel the effects very rapidly! On graduating this course you will be more than ready to continue your development in our weekly sessions.
