Our programme is aimed for age groups 13-18yrs old, working with the young adults to educate them on the correct way to use the gym, We understand that there is so much information out there but having worked with children and young adults for the last 10yrs we want to help young gym goers understand the correct way to workout that will set them up for sustainable results in the future.
