It is well documented that maintaining exercise and activity levels is crucial to help people stay independent and in good health as they age. Our Positive Steps exercise classes, are specifically targeted at older men and ladies who are pro-active about taking care of their bodies and staying physically well.
It may sound a little daunting if you haven't exercised in a while or aren't used to exercising, but don't worry! There isn't any running around, heavy weights or you won't be asked to do anything you aren't comfortable doing. It really does start gently, so we can get to know you and you can gain confidence exercising. You'll be surprised at what you can do in time!
