Have a resistance band and mat ready.

(An old pair of tights can be used if you don't have a band.)

Here's how to do your class:

Please download an app called Zoom on your laptop, iPad and / or smartphone. Any problems please ask a friend or family member to download it for you or get in touch. Go to https://zoom.us/download and from the Download Centre, click on the Download button under “Zoom Client For Meetings”. This application will automatically download when you start your first Zoom Meeting.
I will send you an invitation link and password just before the meeting so you can join live. We will then be able to see each other and do the class together in real time. If you don't want to be seen but want to see me that's an option when you sign in.
Classes, for now, will be 40 minutes, as allowed by Zoom. This may change as more people work from home and / or Zoom change their policies.
Only people who have booked in will be sent the link and password. If you are booked onto a course already you don't need to do anything. If you attend classes please book the class you would like to attend online using your class pass. (Please note the pricing will decrease over the next few weeks when people's passes have been used up and we have a regular system in place.)
