My online HIIT classes are designed to provide you with a well-rounded whole body workout packed full of specialised exercises each week to keep it fresh, exciting and challenging.

Combining short bursts of body weight and plyo-metric movements to boost your metabolism, increase muscle tone and get kick ass abs.

All of the workouts can be done without equipment. But if you choose to join me for added intensity, the equipment to use are:

1. Resistance band (Ankle Hoop Bands)
2. Dumbbells (2,3 or 4 Kg) OR a heavier weight of choice. For Example; a Kettlebell or medicine ball ( 4,6 or 8 kg)

*As you gradually build your strength you can increase your weight. Always listen to your body and take more rest during the workout if you need it*

This is a rolling monthly subscription that can be cancelled anytime.

If you are not 100% satisfied in the first 2 weeks, I will happily give a full refund.
